The house speciality
The breakfast tray
The way a Gulf morning is meant to start — spread across the table, shared, and never rushed.
Ryoog · ريوق
One tray, everything on it, made for two to share.
- Balaleet — sweet vermicelli under a thin saffron omelette
- Chebab pancakes with date syrup & cream cheese
- Nakhi & fresh Arabic bread, straight from the pan
- A glass of karak — and a second one, always
Two ingredients, one name.
Haleeb is milk. Heil is cardamom. Put them together and you have karak — the cup that starts every conversation in this part of the world.
We opened at Al Seef because Old Dubai is where this food makes sense: the creek outside, the abras going past, and a tray of balaleet on the table.
“Sit by the creek, order the tray, and let the afternoon go slow.”
